Tempo Storm, a global leader in interactive media and entertainment, has cornered the market for the best staff in the game development business. The organizations game development subsidiary Tempo Games announced the hiring of industry veterans Erin Krell, Eric Flannum, Gregory Marques, and Stephen Dewhurst, effective immediately.

Erin Krell, one of the gaming industry’s most recognizable names, will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer of Tempo. She will work directly with Chief Executive Officer Andrey Yanyuk (“reynad”) to produce and ship The Bazaar, Tempo’s upcoming strategy game for PC and mobile.

During her reputable career with companies such as Microsoft, Midway, Capcom, Amazon, and Electronic Arts, Erin has shipped, published, and managed franchises such as Minecraft, Halo, Resident Evil, Street Fighter, and Mortal Kombat. She has led teams of over 850 people and overseen $1B product budgets, and she now brings her wealth of experience to Tempo and The Bazaar.

“This is an amazing collection of very talented and creative people,” Erin said. “I’m very excited about the future of The Bazaar and the growth of the Tempo Games development studio. There’s so much potential here, and I know we can accomplish incredible things.”

But Erin’s not the only new face on the team: Tempo’s new Design Director for The Bazaar, Eric Flannum, comes to Tempo from his previous position as Creative Director at Amazon Games. A prolific artist, designer, and director in the AAA games industry, Eric has lent his creative expertise to such titles as Warcraft II, Diablo, StarCraft, Sacrifice, The Bard’s Tale, and Guild Wars I & II.

“I think the potential for The Bazaar to explore new avenues of play within the card and auto battler genres is tremendous,” Eric said. “I can't wait for people to be able to experience the game, its characters, and world when we launch!”

In addition, Tempo has brought on Gregory Marques, former Senior Game Designer at Amazon and Wizards of the Coast, and Stephen Dewhurst, a former senior Game Designer at Monolith Productions, Amazon, and Microsoft, to create an unforgettable, immersive experience for players in The Bazaar.

Erin, Eric, Greg, and Stephen assume their roles immediately, as Tempo prepares to release its flagship game. Please join us in welcoming these new members to the team!
